Effective date: 1 May 2025  |  Last updated: 1 June 2025

Please read these terms before enrolling in a Tensora course. By submitting an enrolment form or making a payment, you agree to these conditions. If you have any questions before enrolling, you're welcome to contact us at [email protected].

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Tensora ("we", "us", "the school") and individuals ("you", "the learner") who enrol in or express interest in our online courses. They are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Tensora is an online AI development school operating at 211 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.

2. Courses and Enrolment

2.1 Course availability

We offer three structured online courses: Intro to Applied AI (8 weeks), Hands-On Machine Learning (12 weeks), and Applied AI Engineering Track (6 months). Availability is subject to cohort scheduling. We will confirm your place and cohort dates upon enrolment.

2.2 Prerequisites

Each course is designed with a specific starting level in mind, as described on our website. It is your responsibility to review the prerequisites and assess whether a course is a reasonable fit for your current level. If you are unsure, we encourage you to contact us before enrolling.

2.3 Enrolment confirmation

Enrolment is confirmed when payment has been received in full and we have sent you a written confirmation by email. Until that point, no enrolment is binding on either party.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Course fees

Current fees are listed on our website. All amounts are in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes where required.

  • Intro to Applied AI: ฿3,950
  • Hands-On Machine Learning: ฿15,700
  • Applied AI Engineering Track: ฿32,900

3.2 Payment

Payment is due in full before the course start date unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at enrolment. Fees are non-transferable between courses without our prior agreement.

4. Cancellation and Withdrawal

4.1 Before the course begins

If you notify us in writing at least 7 days before the cohort start date, we will offer you a full credit toward a future cohort of the same course. We do not issue cash refunds, except where required by applicable Thai consumer protection law.

4.2 After the course begins

Once a cohort has started, fees for that course period are not refundable. If exceptional circumstances prevent you from continuing, please contact us and we will consider each situation individually.

4.3 Cancellation by Tensora

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a cohort before it begins, we will offer you a full credit or, if requested, a refund of fees paid. We will not be liable for any other costs you may have incurred in preparation.

5. Access and Participation

5.1 Course access

Upon enrolment confirmation, you will receive access to course materials, your cohort schedule, and mentor contact details. Access to materials is for your personal use during the course period.

5.2 Participation expectations

Courses are designed around active participation. While we understand that learners have other commitments, we ask that you engage with scheduled sessions and submit required work within the timeframes given. Mentors are available to support you if you fall behind.

5.3 Acceptable use

You may not share, reproduce, or redistribute course materials outside the learning environment. Course content is protected by copyright and provided for your individual use only.

6. Certificates of Completion

A certificate of completion is issued when you have completed the required coursework as defined for each course. Certificates reflect participation and completion — they do not constitute an academic qualification or formal accreditation under Thai higher education frameworks.

7. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Delivering courses broadly as described on our website
  • Making reasonable efforts to ensure mentors are available as scheduled
  • Keeping course materials reasonably current
  • Notifying you of any significant changes to your cohort in a timely manner

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from completing a course — learning results depend on the effort and circumstances of individual learners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Tensora's liability to you in connection with your enrolment is limited to the fees paid for the relevant course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or anticipated outcomes from completing a course.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or other losses that cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including written content, code, exercises, and any other materials we provide, remain the intellectual property of Tensora or our content partners. Enrolment does not transfer any ownership rights. You may use materials for your personal learning purposes only.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand.

11. Communication

All formal communications under these terms should be sent by email to [email protected] or by post to our address. We will use the email address you provided at enrolment to contact you about your course.

12. Conduct

We expect all learners to engage with mentors and fellow learners respectfully. We reserve the right to withdraw access from any learner whose conduct is disruptive or harmful to others. In such cases, no refund would be issued.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect for new enrolments from the date they are published. Existing enrolments continue under the terms in place at the time of your enrolment, except where changes are required by law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
